  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 24 bites 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 7 oz / 200 g firm tofu
  • 6 rice papers
  • 6 nori sheets
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds)
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil (toasted sesame oil is my personal favorite)

Instructions

  1. Halve your block of tofu lengthwise, then cut it into 12 strips.
  2. Dip a rice paper into a bowl of water until it’s wet, but not over soaked. Lay it on a clean working surface, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Lay a sheet of nori on top, and place two strips of tofu on one end.
  3. Starting from the end where you laid the tofu strips, roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Cut each roll into 4 pieces, then brush or spray them with a little bit oil.
  5. Place them in the air fryer, and fry at 400°F/200°C for 4-5 minutes, turning them once halfway. Work in batches, and don’t overcrowd the air fryer.
  6. Serve Rice Paper Seaweed Bites with dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
