Spinach and Black Bean Hummus

This black bean hummus with olives and spinach is salty, fresh, filling and super creamy. It’s perfect for dipping tortilla chips, carrot sticks or making a beautiful sandwich. I don’t say hummus could get any better, but if it could it just did so.

Spinach and Black Bean HummusI love hummus, hummus is the best food ever. It is something I always have in the fridge, it’s a great snack and a great addition to my sandwiches and wraps to make them comforting. Also good for you: healthy and protein-rich. And also good for your busy days: quick and easy to make and keeps in the fridge for a few days. This version with black beans is a crazily delicious one, especially together with the olives and spinach. It’s so tasty, I often eat it by itself just with a big spoon. No, it is not embarrassing when something is that seriously wonderful!

Oh yum! I’d spread this between two tortillas and add some caramelized onions for a delicious quesadilla. Looks fantastic Evi.

Thanks, Traci! (But I wouldn’t say I’ve turned it green, it’s more like gray I guess :D)

I love hummus and any kind of spreads anyway and I’m always happy to get new ideas. I have never used black beans before, so I definitely have to try this. Red lentil hummus is currently my number 1.

I am a fan of any twist on hummus, I love how this version has some sneaky spinach for extra green power. Yum!

This looks so good! I think I’ll try it tomorrow straight away. By any chance do you know for how long it’ll stay fresh?

Yey, I hope you’ll like it!!
And I would say it lasts about 3-5 days in the fridge, but mine is always gone after 1 day 😀
