- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup/30 g toasted hazelnuts
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes
- 10 olives
- 1 tbsp capers
- 10 basil leaves
- salt, pepper
- bread for serving
Instructions
- Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a wide and shallow bowl, and whisk it with a fork, so they are roughly combined.
- Finely chop hazelnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, capers, and basil leaves, then add to olive oil. Mix together, so everything is evenly coated. Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
